The European Century Club Real Madrid will face the Club of the Century of Africa Al-Ahly in the semi-finals of the Club World Cup next Wednesday at 9:00 pm Cairo time.
Al-Ahly Club seeks to reach the final of this tournament for the first time in its history and why not crown the World Cup title?
This confrontation will be the first official confrontation for the two teams after the 2001 friendly match which ended with Al-Ahly winning with a goal scored by the Nigerian player Sunday.
Al-Ahly started its career in that tournament from the preliminary round by defeating New Zealand’s Auckland City 3-0 then faced American Seattle and won 1-0 and with that victory Al-Ahly will face Real Madrid in the semi-finals.
While the European champion will start his campaign in the semi-finals facing Al-Ahly of Egypt and if he wins he will play the final match against the winner from the Saudi Al-Hilal match and Brazilian Flamengo and if he is loses he will play the ranking match.
